At Basic Beige Brows, we strive to make each clients experience a positive and fufilling one. It’s our goal that every customer leaves feeling more beautiful and more confident than before.

 

We also strive for mutual respect and understanding. If any of the following occur, we have the right to ban a client from receiving services through our establishment.

 

Please see reasons below that will not be tolerated, and banning or blocking an individual will become necessary:

1. Client who continually cancel or NO SHOWS

2. Not respecting our time. For example: Always being late.

3. Haggling or trying to negotiate prices

4. Client repeatedly overstepping boundaries: Calls and texts demanding a response (even when the stylist is with a client or not working that day)

5. Always trying to get discounts, free product or services

6. Cussing or yelling at anyone in our establishment.
